An introduction to developing Black and White film by hand, setting you up for home development.

This workshop includes step by step instructions of:

  • Fundamentals of Film

  • How to load your film onto a spool in a dark bag

  • Handling and measuring of film chemicals

  • Development process and timing for each film stock

  • Drying your film correctly

  • Storing chemicals after use

Each workshop attendee will be provided with their own dark bag, tank, reels, PPE and chemicals for use on the day - as we feel the best way to learn, is to do!

Workshop price includes High-Res Jpeg Scans of your roll of film sent to your email address - scanned on our Noritsu (available for 35mm and 120)

We encourage you to bring your own pre-exposed roll to the workshop!
